Welcome to Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, mobile communications, facilities, and any other interactions you have with Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym, located in Budd Lake, NJ.

By accessing or using any of our services or facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Membership Eligibility and Obligations
  • You must be at least 16 years old to become a member or use the gym unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information upon registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
  1. Use of Facilities
  • Members must follow all posted rules, gym staff instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Proper attire and footwear must be worn at all times.
  • Equipment must be wiped down after use.
  • Misuse, abuse, or theft of gym property may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • Locker rooms and showers are available but use is at your own risk. Do not leave valuables unattended.
  1. Health and Medical Disclaimer
  • You affirm that you are in good physical condition and capable of engaging in fitness activities without risk to your health.
  • You acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or death.
  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury or health condition arising out of your participation.
  • You agree to consult your physician before beginning any fitness program.
  1. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or causes of action resulting from:

  • Use of gym equipment or facilities
  • Participation in any class, event, or personal training session
  • Accidents in parking areas, locker rooms, or workout spaces
  • Negligence (except gross negligence or intentional misconduct)

This waiver applies whether the incident occurs before, during, or after your membership term.

  1. Membership Billing and Cancellation
  • Memberships may be billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
  • You authorize Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your membership with [Insert Required Notice Period – e.g., 30 days] written notice via email or at the front desk.
  • Early termination of long-term contracts may be subject to fees as outlined in your membership agreement.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused time unless required by law.
  1. Class Scheduling and Personal Training
  • Group classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance registration may be required.
  • Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance and canceled with at least 24-hour notice to avoid fees.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
  1. SMS/Text Messaging and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym for:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Class schedule changes
  • Promotional offers
  • Facility updates or closures

Message frequency varies. You may opt out by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

  1. Website Use and Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym website, including logos, text, graphics, and media, is the property of Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
  • Unauthorized use of our site or its contents may result in legal action.
  1. Suspension or Termination

Bad Reps 24 Hour Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership or facility access for:

  • Violating these Terms or gym rules
  • Harassing or threatening behavior toward staff or other members
  • Damaging property
  • Engaging in illegal or inappropriate activities on premises

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email, SMS, or notices at the gym. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morris County, NJ.
